		<description>Very interesting presentation on social media.  I do think the technology is making national governments take notice, especially given the US asked Twitter to postpone maintenance while the issues in Iraq were going on.

Decentralizing the ability to spread news and discussions makes it far harder for governments to keep control.  It is far more than a social media issue it is a very deeply political one as well.</description>
